We did a 4 mile tempo run today... 25 min warmup, then we were split into our groups for strides in our flats... then we headed out.

It was me, Kody, and Tyler working together. Coach wanted our first mile our fastest, around 5:00, but we went through in 5:10. We then hit 10:30 for our 2 mile, then 15:48 for 3 mile, then 21:06 for 4 miles, which is a 5:18 pace average.

I am really happy becaue 21:06 is faster than what I raced at Aggie Invitational at the beginning of the season and this was a tempo and I didn't even kick, which is really encouraging.

We then did 4 hill repeats which sucked hard

15 min cooldown
