AM - Medium run on Jeremy Ranch, hit more even then last time I did this run but it was an overall slower pace, but that is ok because it felt so much better. I also hit even splits on miles 4-6, which are the hardest miles of the trail, so that was good!

AM - Pushes on Jeremy Ranch, where the shortest was 3 minutes and the longest was 5 minutes. Each were at 5:10 pace or faster and each had even recovery. It felt really good and I was able to get a lot of pushes in, considering how hilly it was. Got 7 total in.

PM - Did 5 easy miles

Probably the worst run ever, but it was good to get it over with. Ran up Elephant Rock (did it in 29:15, which is what I did junior year when I was sprinting as fast as I could... that was pretty cool) and continued up to Rudy's Flatts till I hit 54 minutes. Turned around  and finished the run in 1:40. Took a 3 hour nap when I got home
